Capcom considering balance changes to Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 after Evo 2013

With the recent conclusion of Evo 2013—the world’s biggest fighting tournament—Capcom seems to be looking to bring about some balance changes to the popular fighting game Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3.
Street Fighter producer Yoshinori Onohas stated that the company is considering a balance update to the game. The only thing holding the company back from actually bringing about some changes is a lack of ideas about how to improve the game.
"After watching [Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3] at Evo this year," Ono said through a translator according to
Polygon, "we [see that we] do have things here and there that could be balanced better." Ono added that "in terms of content, we don't really have any ideasabout how to make thegame better," but asked fans to discuss the changesthey'd like to see.
"Maybe we can make something happen," he said. "Maybe."
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 is an updated re-release of theoriginal Marvel vs Capcom 3. It added a bunch of new characters to the game and made thegeneral interface more visually appealing.
Capcom seems to be on a rollwhen it comes to updating its older games. Just recently, the company announced plans forUltra Street Fighter 4—a paid update that will not only bring about major changesto the game’s balance, but also add five new characters to thegame’s roster.
Ultra Street Fighter 4 is slated for release inearly 2014.
