Blackberry Q5 launch in India officially confirmed for July 16

Blackberry is all set to launch its BB10 OS based smartphone Blackberry Q5 in the Indian market on July 16, 2013. Company has started sending invites to press regarding its event on the July 16th . Earlier we reported that Blackberry has started taking pre-orders for the upcoming phone in the Indian market via some online retailers. But, now you will be able to buy the phone soon in the retail stores across the country after its launch on July 16th.
It comes with a 3.1touch screen display along with full QWERTY keyboard and 720*720 pixels resolution.It is the secondQWERTY based smartphonefrom Blackberry that is running the latest Blackberry 10 operatingsystem. Company has poweredthe device with 1.2GHz dual core processor along with 2GB ofRAM memory. It comes with 8GB ofinternal storage along with microSd card supportup to 32GB.
Blackberry Q5 is expected to be pricedaround Rs. 25,000-Rs.30,000 in the country. It will be available to buy in Black, Red, White and Pink, multi-color choices. It also comes with decent 5MP rear and 2MP front cameras. Core featuresofthe phone are almost similar to recently launched fulltouch screendevice Blackberry Q10, but its body is made ofa bit cheaper materials.
